Update on1 Hazen/Sly Project: Joanna Wynant gave update on hazen and sly project stating mike peters requested to put the project on winter suspension.    8. Closed Session-Employee appointment, evaluation, dismissal pursuant to (Gov. Code 54957) Public Works: Closed: 6:28pm. Reopened: 7:20pm Abner Weed gave presentation on closed session. Stating closed session was a discussion on communication between staffand council to  facilitate more coordination, open communication and organization.  9.
