COMMITTEE MEMBER COMMENTS  Committee Members commented on matters of public concern and announced matters of Committee Member Christian commented in support of the Proclamation for Janelle Sellick  public interest; no collective committee action was taken.  presented at the City Council Meeting.  Open Space Advisory Committee Meeting Minutes - February5, 2020    Committee Member Christian commented on the upcoming' "We Manage What We Measure:. A Napa Water Forum" Meeting hosted by Growers and Vintners for Responsible Agriculture, Napa and Water Audit California. The meeting will be held on Friday February 7, 2020 at: 12pm Committee Member Christian commented on the Flyway Festival and provided the event Committee Member Washington commented on the effort and participation of the OSAC Committee Member McClinton-Horner commented on the positive response received by community members during the recent campaigning efforts for Measure K.  at the Napa Airport.  details: February 7th and 8th at the Veteran's Hall in Vallejo. Committee Members campaigning in support for Measure K.  AGENDA CHANGES None. BUSINESS 1.  Election of Committee Chair and' Vice Chair. RECOMMENDED ACTION: 2020 Calendar Term.  Chair Matson and Vice Chair McClinton-Horner will serve as the Chair and Vice Chair fort the  ACTION: Motion passed unanimously.  2.  Receive a Report on the Proposed Work Plan Priorities for the Next Fiscal Year. The OSAC Committee was supportive of the shared work plan priorities. hosting a natural resources/conservation oriented filmi festival.  Action: The Committee requested an item be added (if staff resources exist) to looki into  3.  Received al Report on Partnership Project with Napa County Resource Conservation Districtto Improve Stream and Road Quality and Reduce Erosion at the Newell Open Space.
