The following members were present: Mayor, DavidL. Jordan, Vice-Mayor, Beverly L. London, and Councill Members) LizM. Fawley, Travis M.Driver, Douglas W. Harpine, Richard E. Fulk, and Chad L. Comer. The following staff members were present: Town  Manager, Stefanie McAlister, and' Town Clerk, Donna Lohr. Mayor Jordan called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.  Closed, Session - Personnel Matters, Virginia Code 2.2-3711(A))  At 6:01 p.m., Beverly L. London moved, seconded by Travis M. Driver, that the Town Council convene in closed session pursuant to the provisions of Virginia Code 2.2-3711(A)() concerning personnel for the purpose of discussing the matters related to the performance and assignments of specific public officers or employees of the Town, namely, the Town Police Chief.
