The following members and attendees were present:  Members:  Steve Bogan, Chairperson Plumbing Board and Master Plumber Justin Waszkiewicz, Harford County Health Department Harry Newcomer, Plumbing Board Member and Master Plumber Richard Neutze, Plumbing Board Member and Master Plumber  G. Scott Schott, Plumbing Board Member and Chief, Plumbing Services, Harford County Gina Goetzke, Secretary to the Board, Dept. of Inspections, Licenses, & Permits  The meeting was called to order at 9:30 a.m. The Plumbing Board minutes recorded from the February 6,  2024 meeting, were reviewed and approved.  Old Business:  The Board reviewed House Bill 772, Maryland Energy Administration - Energy and Water Efficiency tandards-Alterations: House Bill 503, Public Safety - Corrugated Stainless-Steel Tubing for Fuel Gas Piping ystems-Requirements and Prohibitions, Senate Bill 54, Occupational Licensing and Certification Criminal History - Prohibited Disclosures and Predetermination Review Process, and House Bill 642,  Apprenticeships in Licensed Occupations Act of2024.  New Business:  The Board reviewed updates on House Bill 772, Maryland Energy Administration - Energy and Water  Efficiency Standards-Alterations.  The Board discussed Energy Code training for contractors. The Board discussed Maryland Board of] Plumbing news/updates.  The Board was advised that there will be no inspections scheduled for April 25, 2024.
