Accounts Payables Meeting Minutes Sheriff's Statistic Reports    Water & Waste/Water & Transportation Monthly Reports  Mayor Comments: Mr. Cannon and other attendees gave report on the FLC Conference in Hollywood.  Attorney Comments: None Town Manager Comments:  Stormwater Utility Price Estimate: Price Cost Estimates are $350-$500K. This is not in the budget and will  need to wait for a grant or some other way to fund the study.  Motion: Continuing Engineering Service agreement for new wastewater permit renewal, Action: Approve, Moved  by Martina Zuniga, Seconded by Didi White. Motion passed unanimously. Clerk Comments:  September Ridge League Dinner: Please turn in your RSVPs ASAP millage rate. Both meetings are on Mondays and both start at 6:00 PM  There will be two additional short meetings in September on 9/16/2024 and 9/23/2024 to address the budget and Review of dates of Regular meetings during the holidays. Recommended moving November's Regular meeting  tol November 19, 2024 due to scheduled vacations. There is new legislation related to homelessness and sleeping in public. The importance of reporting incidents of people  sleeping in public places was stressed to the commission.
