Townof Pomonal Park, Town Council Meeting Minutes This Meeting was held ati the Town Hall for the Council & Public  09/05/2024  Mayor Joseph Svingala presided. Council present were Lynda Linkswiler, CarrieAnn Evans, Patricia Mead, Alisha Kuleski, Town Clerk Andrea Almeida, Finance Officer Jennifer Paul  The meeting began at 6:00 pm with Mayor. Joe Svingala handing the gavel to Mayor Pro-Tem Town Attorney Don Holmes explained that a complaint had been filed and that the purpose of the meeting was to establish a wayt to protect the employees against any further action. Ad discussion was held with Council, staff, and audience members. Councilwoman Evans suggested the employee handbook be amended. Councilwoman Evans stated if any more complaints came through, to contact her.  CarrieAnn Evans.  Councilwoman Kuleski offered the same option.  Councilwoman Kuleski reviewed the City of Groveland's code of ethics and has suggestedi the town Councilwoman Linkswiler motioned that someone else be present int the office with the Town  dot the same.  officers for1 the rest of the mayor's term. Councilwoman Kuleski seconded the motion. The vote was 4-0 with the mayor abstaining.  Mayor Svingala made a statement that he would only be int the office for staff meetings on  Thursdays.
