City ofl Mustang Ridge Council Meeting #732 July 8th, 2024  1. Council meeting #732 was called to order by Mayor David Bunn at 7:00 p.m.  2. Council members present were. Moraima Duran, Gabriel Vallejo, Adrienne M. Deal, Cecilia 3. Frankie Bates presented to council 69,556 Ibs. ofv waste, 9,100 Ibs. ofmetal and recyclables was kept out of the land fill. Chris Elizondo presented council with a draft ofa transportation map for the city.J Jose. Jaimes came to council for help with ai nuisance from his neighbor. Bill Vaught inquired about the drainage on Margo Drive. Council asked city engineer to look into the cities  Padilla-Lopez. Casondra Dailey was absent.  ordinance to help Mr. Vaught.  Old Business:  4. The recommendation on the Laws Ranch Phase 2 Final Plat was tabled.  5. Kristi Hester gave a progress report presentation from Camino Real Utility (a subsidiary of BVRT) regarding water and wastewater infrastructure construction projects.  New Business:  6. Moraima Duran made a motion to approve the Mustang Ridge BP - Amended Plat. Cecilia 7. Cecilia Padilla-Lopez made a motion to deny the Evelyn Ranch Preliminary Plat and variance  Padilla-Lopez seconded. Motion carried 4/0.  request. Gabriel Vallejo seconded. Motion carried 4/0. 8. The variance request for the Stallion Run subdivision was tabled.  9. Moraima Duran read the notice ofelection for the November 5, 2024 General Election. 10. The adoption of Ordinance #24-00487 of the City Council oft the City ofMustang Ridge, Texas, accepting and approving an Annual Service Plan Update to the Service and Assessment Plan and an Updated Assessment Roll for the Durango Public Improvement District; making and adopting findings; providing a cumulative Repealer Clause; and providing an Effective Date was tabled. 11. Moraima Duran made. a motion to approve the application of Camino Real Utility Company for retail water rates, services, and tariff for certain areas within the City'sjurisdiction; including discussion and possible action on Ordinance No. 24-00488 approving the tariff proposed int the application of Camino Real Utility Company. Adrienne M. Deal seconded. Motion carried. 4/0 12. Gabriel Vallejo made a motion to approve the Resolution #24-243 an Election Agreement between Travis County and City of! Mustang Ridge. Cecilia Padilla-Lopez seconded. Motion 13. Cecilia Padilla-Lopez made a motion to approve the Resolution #24-244 an Election Agreement between Caldwell County and City ofl Mustang Ridge. Cecilia Padilla-Lopez made a motion to approve the Resolution #24-245 approving the release ofa 4.905-acre tract from the City's ETJ based upon petition filed by Seven Squirrels, LLC. 15. Resolution #24-246 approving the community development block grant between Travis County  Adrienne M. Deal seconded. Motion carried. 4/0 and City of Mustang Ridge was tabled.  16. Mayor Bunn updated council on Stallion Run MUD26.  17. Cecilia Padilla-Lopez made a motion to approve the Code Enforcement Case Management Software. Moraima Duran seconded. Mayor Bunn explained to council that due to CIJIS council will need to take a class to have access to: staffoffices. 60 days are given to complete class after September'si meeting codes will 19.
