CALLTOORDER. Mayor Rhodes called the workshop to order at 9:00 am.  BUDGET WORKSHOP  Discussion on the City of Marble Falls' proposed FY 2024/2025 budgets was led by. Jeff Lazenby, Director of Finance. Angel Alvarado updated the Council on the Human Resources Department. Russell Sander, Assistant City Manager provided an update on the proposed Information Technology Department, followed by Stacey Marberry Baker on the Communications Center. Erin Burks, Downtown and Marketing Manager presented a request for a communications Department.  Discussions continued on the following funds:  General Fund Utility Fund Special Revenue Funds Capital Projects Funds  Presentation on Debt Comparison. Mark McLiney, Financial. Advisor SAMCO gave Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) Committee Recommendations led by. Jeff Prato, Hotel Motel Tax Advisory (HOT) Committee Recommendations were discussed. Discussion on Outside Agency Funding Requests presented by Finance Director Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) Board No. 1 Budget presented by Jeff Marble Falls Economic Development Corporation (EDC) Budget presented by ADJOURNMENT.
