Cecilia Padilla-Lopez: made ai motion to approve Ordinance #24-00485 to rezone property located on 8691 & 8701 Evelyn Rd (TCAD PID: 3001733 & 446337) - Legal Description: ABS 481 SUR 51 LEAVY A M. ACR 19.930 & ABS4 481 SUR 5LEAVY AN MACR 4.100. Property is currently zoned residential requesting to rezone to single-family residential small lots district (SF-S). Owned by JST HOLDINGS QOZB LLC. Moraima Duran seconded. Motion carried 5/0. 5. Cecilia Padilla-Lopez made ai motion to deny the Laws Ranch Phase 2 Final Plat. Adrienne M. 6. Cecilia Padilla-Lopez made ai motion to approve the draft of an ordinance (#24-00486) for freeport exemption. Adrienne M. Deal seconded. Motion carried 5/0. 7. Kristi Hester gave a progress report presentation from Camino Real Utility (as subsidiary of BVRT) regarding water and wastewater infrastructure construction projects.  Deal seconded. Resolution #24-240 ofthe City ofMustang Ridge, Texas Approving and Authorizing the Mayor to Execute the "Agreement for Billing and Collection Services Between Travis County and the City ofMustang Ridge Related to the Durango Public Improvement District". Gabriel Vallejo seconded. Motion carried 5/0. 9. Casondra Dailey made ai motion to approve ai request from Preston McGrew and Caleb Peck requesting for our jurisdiction tol be included in the formation of Emergency Services District #3 by resolution (#24-242). (This will include the city limits and extraterritorial jurisdiction or the portions thereof that are within Bastrop County). Adrienne M. Deal seconded. Motion carried 5/0.  10.
