Public hearing to rezone property located on 13709 Schriber Rd (TCAD PID: 301260 & CCAD PID: 37029) Legal Description: 375.92 acres within the city's full purpose limits out of ABS 523 SUR 4 MONTGOMERY JS S ACRE 621.421 (467.421 ACRE IN TRAVIS CO) & A185 MONIGOMERY, JAMES S., ACRE 154. Property is currently zoned Agricultural District "(AG) requesting 142.55 acres within the full-purpose City limits to be rezoned to Planned Development District "(PDD)" with base zoning Light Industrial District "(LI)".
