CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE PRESENCE OF QUORUM: Vice-Chairman Oostermeyer, acting as Chairman, called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm and recessed the meeting. At 6:11 pm the Commission reconvened and declared a quorum of the Commission is present to conduct the meeting. 2. CITIZENMVISITOR COMMENTS: This is an opportunity for citizens to address the Planning and Zoning Commission concerning an issue of community interest that is not on the agenda. Comments on a specific agenda item must be made when the agenda item comes before the Commission. The Chair may place a time limit on all comments. Any deliberation of ani issue raised during Citizen Comments is limited to ap proposal 3. REGULAR AGENDA: The Commission willi individually consider and possibly take action on any or all oft the A. Discussion and Action regarding approval of the minutes from the June 6, 2024, regular meeting. Commissioner Ebeling made a motion to approve the June 6, 2024, meeting minutes. Commissioner B. Public Hearing, Discussion, and Recommendation regarding a Conditional Use Permit for 0.483 acres, to allow for quadplexes in the Downtown Residential District (DR), Lots 7, 8, and 9, Marble Falls Original Township, Burnet County, Texas locally known as the southeast corner of 7th Street and Avenue T. Commissioner Vercher recused herself from the dais. Staff acknowledged the confict-ot-interest form had been filed. Kristen. Jones, Planner, addressed the Commission. Vice-Chairman Oostermeyer opened the Public Hearing. Gary Whited, applicant, addressed the Commission for clarification of the site plan, potential screening, water and wastewater meter set-up, fire sprinkler system, drainage requirements, and solid waste requirements. Vice-Chairman Oostermeyer closed the public hearing. Commissioner Miller made a motion to recommend approval of the Conditional Use Permit to City Council with the  top place it on the agenda for al later meeting.
