CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE PRESENCE OF QUORUM: Vice-Chairman Oostermeyer, acting as Chairman, called the meeting to order at 6:00pm and declared a 2. DISCUSSION AND ACTION: Establishing the next date for the Impact Fee Advisory Committee. Committee Member Ebeling made a motion to establish the next meeting date for October 3, 2024. Committee Member' Vercher seconded the motion and the motion passed 6-0. 6. - ADJOURNMENT: There being no further items to discuss, Committee Member Jones made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
