(b) Public Hearing, Discussion, and First Reading of Ordinance 2024-0-07A amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of Marble Falls, Chapter 14 (Offenses, Miscellaneous Provisions) by creating and adopting a new section 14-8 prohibiting the feeding of wildlife within city parks and publicly owned streets and sidewalks; making findings of fact; providing for enforcement and penaltiesi including ai fine not to exceed $500.00 per day; providing for savings, severability, repealer clauses; providing for publication, effective date, and proper notice and meeting. There being no discussion, Mayor Rhodes closed the public hearing and read the ordinance (c) Discussion and Action on a Donation and Construction Agreement between the City of Marble Falls and the Inclusive Playground Group, a 501c3 non-profit, for the development of an inclusive playground in Westside Park. Lacey Dingman, Director of Parks and Recreation, made the presentation. Councilmember Westerman moved to approve the Donation and Construction Agreement as presented. Councilmember (d) Discussion and Action on Resolution 2024-R-07B authorizing the submission of a Texas Parks and' Wildlife Local Parks grant application int the amount of $750,000 for Westside Park improvements and authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
