Commissioner Wilkinson called meeting to order at 5:31 p.m. and a quorum was establishedby roll call. Robert Moss, David Diharce, and Ray Wilkinson were present at roll call. John Kirk was absent. Commissioner Wilkinson announced Stacy Shults, BCESD No. 3. Administrative. Assistant, would act as Commissioner Wilkinson announced that George Drew was appointed to the BCESD! No. 3 Board of Commissioners by vote oft the Bexar County Commissioners Court on August 6, 2024. Monthly report on City of San Antonio (COSA) U.S. Hwy 281 North Commercial Corridor within Bexar County ("Annexed' Territory"); discuss/take action as appropriate. Fire Chief Beaudoin reported SAFD Emergent callsi int the US Hwy 281N Commercial Corridor for the 141 Emergent San Antonio Fire Department calls in the USI HWY 281N corridor.  month of. July 2024.  121 BBFD arrivals prior to any cancellation. 641 billable Emergent calls YTD.  C.  Receive report on BBFD Station(s) 103, 104, 105, and 106; discuss/take action as appropriate. Chiefl Beaudoin reported BBFD sent a crew ofthree (3) firefighters and one (1) truck tol help fight wildfiresin North Texas. Costs will be reimbursed by the State of Texas. Station 103 plans are under review with third parties. Station 105 has recurring roofleaks and an attorney is involved in resolution of problem. Chief Beaudoin introduced.
