Cloonan presented a slideshow and talked with the Commissioners about broadband needs for Fulton County. Cloonan will be presenting more detailed information at al later date. Commissioners spoke with Jim Schall, via telephone, to discuss the property for sale located at 119N. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to approve a Budget Transfer Request submitted by the County Coroner, Berley Souders, from account number 574000 "Capital Purchase" to account number 523800 "Clothing" in the amount of $1,000 to purchase reflective gear. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to exit Executive Session at 10:35 a.m. Allinf favor.    176  Commissioners reviewed al letter drafted by Mike Lamb, Wessel and Co., to send to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in regards to the 2021 audit, approving it tol be sent.  Commissioners signed a support letter for Fulton Family Partnership to obtain funding through the ARC INSPIRE Grant. The grant will be used to create a recovery-to-work initiative that incorporates ongoing social services". Commissioners also signed an ABI ARPA Invoice #002, and an Agreement between Kee-Ta-Quay Construction, LLC and the Fulton County Commissioners for CDBG Project,  Curb Cuts Phase 2.
