Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve the Tuesday, September 1, 2020 Meeting Minutes. Alll ini favor. Motion by Commissioner Bunch to approve the accounts payable dated September 4, 2020, in the amount of  $107,330.19. All int favor. Motion by Commissioner Shives authorizing endorsement tot the Proclamation stating September 2020i is Recovery The Commissioners met with Brad! Seville, Director of Building & Grounds regarding purchasing a mini-split for the Dispatch Center. After receiving three estimates from McCleary, G. M. Shearer and Eddie Lininger, the Board  All int favor. Month, Alli in favor.  approved thel low estimate from Eddie Lininger in the amount of $4,025.  The Commissioners met with Carol Wright, HR Administrator regarding personnel matters.  Motion by Commissioner Ulsh tol hire Patricia Hess for the vacant CDBG Adminstrator/Drector of Elections & Melissa Gordon willl be transferring from the Prothontary's Office to the Assessment Office as al Property  Voter Registration. Alli in favor.  Transaction Specialist which was vacated last month. The Commissioners held ab brief Salary Board Meeting. The Commissioners met with Solicitor Stein. Weachter Legal Matter. All ini favor.  Motion by Commissioner Bunch to agree to endorsei the Settlement and Mutual Release Agreement ini the Paul    The Commissioners met with Mike Lamb, Wessel and Co. along with Lisa Beatty, Fiscal Administrator regarding Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to appoint Mrs. Tawnie House tot the Southern Alleghenies Planning and Development Commission's Regional Broadband Committee ast thel Fulton County Representative.
