Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve the Commissioners Minutes of the. July 18, 2023 Motion by Commissioner Bunch to approve the Accounts Payables dated. July 21, 2023 int the  meeting. All in favor.  amount of $62,511.66. All ini favor. All ini favor.  Commissioners signed a Letter of Support for Upward Broadband to send with their application to PA Department of Community and Economic Development Authority's Capital Project Funds. The requested funds would place equipment on the Town Hill, Big Cove Tannery and Barnett's Run towers that are being built through the NTIA award, as well as towers where they currently Co-locate. A  motion was made at the previous meeting to approve sending the letter. Commissioners also signed the July Retirement Fund Report.
