Meeting of the Fulton County commissonetrs-Tuesda, March 20, 2018  8:30a.m. at the Commissioners' Office Present: Commissioner Ulsh, Commissioner Lynch Absent: Commissioner McCray (attending CCAP conference)  The Commissioners opened their meeting with prayer and recited the Pledge of Allegiance to Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to approve the minutes of the Tuesday, March 13, 2018 meeting. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to approve the Accounts Payable, dated March 19, 2018, int the  the Flag. All in favor.  amount of $68,991.82. All in favor. Mr. D'Anna made thei following recommendations tot the Board. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh, to approve the nominations of Anthony D'Anna, Vicki Ott and Rodney Raffeto, to represent Fulton County on the TOPP authority. All in favor.  The Commissioners met with. Lisa Beatty, Fiscal Administrator, to review the final draft of the Purchasing Manual, with the purchasing policy going into effect as of April 1, 2018. Motion by Commissioner Lynch to Adopt and place into policy the Fulton County Purchasing Manual,  effective, April 1, 2018. All in favor.
