July 2, 2024 County of Elk Salary Board Meeting Minutes  Elk County, Ridgway, PA  The County of] Elk Commissioners met on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at 10:30AM, County of] Elk Courthouse Thomas G. Wagner Conference Room. The meeting was opened with the Pledge of Allegiance. Present were Commissioners M. Fritz Lecker, Matthew G. Quesenberry and Gregory J.C Gebauer. Also present were. Rick Brown, Solicitor; Patrick Straub, ChiefClerk; Emily Anders, Office Administrator; Calvin Moore, IT Director; Marilyn Secco, Press. Excused was. Matthew  Frey, Treasurer. FORMALITY:  Commissioners M. FritzLecker, Matthew Quesenberry, and Gregory Gebauer along with Treasurer, Matthew Frey comprise the members of the Elk County Salary Board. The Chair oft the Salary Board is M. Fritz] Lecker as she is Chair for the County Commissioners. Motion by Matthew G. Quesenberry to approve, second by M. Fritz Lecker and carried  APPROVAL OF AGENDA unanimously.  APPROVAL OF MINUTES  Motion made by Gregory J. Gebauer, second by Matthew G. Quesenberry and carried unanimously to approve the minutes from April 4, 2024 Regular Meeting. Motion made by Matthew G. Quesenberry, second by Gregory J. Gebauer and carried unanimously to approve the minutes from May 17,2024 Special Meeting.  NEW BUSINESS-N/A  QUESTIONS FROMT THE PRESS-  Marilyn Secco asked if there were positions open in the CYS Department. Matthew G. Quesenberry explained there was ai new hire and possibly a new position opening up soon.  QUESTIONS FROM TAXPAYERSNIA  ADJOURN MEETING  The meeting was adjourned at 10:35am on a motion by Matthew G.
