Meeting of the Fulton County Commissioners - Tuesday, March 19, 2019 Present: Commissioner Lynch and Commissioner McCray Absent: Commissioner Ulsh attending meeting in Harrisburg  8:30a.m. at the Commissioners Office  Commissioner McCray opened the meeting with a moment of silent prayer and recited the Pledge of Motion by Commissioner Lynch to approve the minutes of the March 12, 2019 meeting. Alli in favor. Motion by Commissioner McCray to approve the accounts payable dated March 18, 2019 in the amount  Allegiance to the flag.  of $99,250.14. Alli in favor. Fund 100 General Fund Fund 235 Law Library Fund 238 911 Fund 243 Offender Supervision Fund 256 Domestic Relations Fund 801 Pass thru Funds  92,150.94 $0.00 $92,150.94 4,829.16 31.80 1,004.35 361.91 871.98 $99,250.14  Manual Checks TOTAL GENERAL FUND  TOTAL ALLI FUNDS  The Commissioners held al bid opening for the' Wells Tannery Water System that is being funded with Community Development Block Grant Funds. Those in attendance: Lee Zeger- CES Engineering LLC, Karen Hann McFadden-CDBG Administrator, Commissioners McCray and Lynch, Chief Clerk-Lisa Mellott-McConahy, Kelton Rishel- C& R Directional, Tyler Gelvin- David H. Martin and Rock Crawford- Guyer Brothers. The results of the bids are as follows: C&RD Drectonal-s1,085.088; Guyer Brothers- $784,605.50 and DH Martn-$1,010,812.80. Motion by Commissioner McCray to table the bids until they  can be reviewed. Alli in favor.  The Commissioners held a Safety Committee Meeting.
