RESOLUTION 2023-1  A RESOLUTION DECLINING COMPENSATION FOR THE POSITIONS  OF COUNCILMAN AND MAYOR  WHEREAS, the Borough Code of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Act 43 of 2012 provided for Councilmen to receive a maximum compensation of $1,870 per year under Article X, Section 1001(5)(e)(1) and provides for the Mayor to receive a maximum compensation of $2,500 per year under Aricle X-A, Section  1004-A(a)(1); and compensation.  WHEREAS, the Borough Council and Mayor wish to forego any such NOW THEREFORE, be it, and it is hereby RESOLVED that Borough RESOLVED this 13th day of February 2023, by the Borough Council of Port Allegany Borough, McKean County, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
