Dave Saylor proposed memorial for Bob' Young at Flower Park Monday, September 16, 2024 9:34:13AM Dave Saylor had asked ifi they could possibly fit a proposed memorial stone blocki in between the Flower Parki flag pole and the concrete walkway. This would be positioned between the flag pole and the upper part oft the concrete walkway facing the parking lot side. Ididi recommend to Mr. Saylor thati there may be concrete footings for the flag pole underground, (this is also only a 5f foot round area). Int thei fall when the flowers are pulled possibly digging to expose any concrete footer that may be any hindrance. Other than that, it is only speculation as to what clearance is like under that area.. They also need a concrete footer to support the weight oft the granite stone itself, that would be placed underground.
