HOPEWELL TOWNSHIP YORK COUNTY PA BOARD OF SUPERVISORS BUDGET WORKSHOP MEETING MINUTES FOR SEPTEMBER 23, 2024 HOPEWELL TOWNSHIP MEETING ROOM  6:00 PM  Chairman Manifold called the workshop to order at 6:00pm. In attendance were Chairman Manifold, Supervisors David Wisnom and John O'Neill, Road Master Travis Mergler, and  Township Manager, Katie Berry. 2024 Budget to Actual Review  Chairman Manifold asked Manger/Treasurer Katie Berry to review the report. Berry provided the full report to all in attendance and highlighted tax totals, interest earned, grant funds and expenditures.
