Road, stated that since The Oak Room venue has been operating, she and her clientele have experienced disruption and inconvenience due toi the unauthorized use of her property, for parking. She continued that unlawfully parked vehicles not only block access to her business but would also hinder emergencyservices. She asked for no parking signs to be installed. Ms. Jewel Moss and Mr: John Reed, The Oak Room, responded. They explained that with the additional, parking allotment, valet service would be utilized to prevent unregulated parking.
