Miscellaneous Business: The commission discussed several properties that were reported to them by a resident in the district for code enforcement issues and not conforming to guidelines and receiving approval. It was decided that Jeff Granillo would draft a form letter/notice to all historic district residents reminding them of proceduresguidelines of the district that could be shared to the city's social media page and website.
