Bei it remembered that on this the 5th day of September, 2024, the Honorable Commissioners' Court of Bandera County, Texas, met in special session, which meeting was ata all times opent to  the public, with the following members present, namely:  Richard/ A. Evans Greg P. Grothues Jack U. Moseley Jordan Rutherford Tandie Mansfield  County Judge Commissioner, Precinct No. 2 Commissioner, Precinct No. 3 Commissioner, Precinct No. 4 County Clerk  and  H.E Bruce Eliker, Commissioner, Precinct No. 1-Absent  When the following proceedings were had, to-wit: Pledge of Allegiance led by Judge Evans.  CALL TOORDER  Bandera County Commissioners' Court was called to order by County Judge Richard Evans.  1)  2024-2025 PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED BUDGET  Dieter Werner discussed concerns regarding vehicle maintenance budget.  No public comment 2)  2024-2025 PROPOSED BUDGET  Comm. Moseley moved to consider the adoption oft the Proposed 2024-2025 Budget to be on the  September 12, 2024 Regular Meeting.  Comm.
