THE TENTATIVE MILLAGE RATE FOR FY2023/2024 IS 6.5452 SUMMARY OF TENTATIVE FY 2023/2024 BUDGET  d. PUBLIC COMMENT e. CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING  3.
