FMPTF Ouarterly Investment Report for December: 31,2023 Mr. Langley provided a review ofthe investment performance as of December 31, 2023. The fiscal year to date return was 7.93%; the quarter return was 7.93%; the 3-year return was 3.09%; the 5-year return was 8.23% and the 10-year return was 6.35%. 4.e. Memorandum Regarding the Comprehensive Report Compliance Mr. Langley stated this is regarding the legislation on not using ESG fori investing purposes and the corresponding report provided to the State. This memo is informing the Board the report was accepted by the State. 4.f. Death ofTerm-Vested Member, No Benefit Due Mr. Langley stated there was a member (Wilfred Cadogan) who was deferred- vested, and not yet receiving their benefit, and he has passed away. His beneficiary was not! his spouse and therefore there is no benefit due. 4.g. Deferred-Vested Members Due: a Benefit Mr. Langley stated there are 2 members due a retirement benefit (Melvin Thomas and Glenn Curlee) and his office has been unable to begin their benefit as they have not received their paperwork.
