Tentative FY25 Millage Rate and General Discussion Mr. Adkinson presented the Tentative FY25 Millage Rate.  A motion was made to approve the Tentative FY25 Millage Rate at 5.5000 by Councilmember Bierbaum and seconded by Councilmember Heavilin; the motion passed  without objection.  3. Tentative FY25 Budget and General Discussion Mr. Adkinson presented the Tentative FY25 Budget.  A motion was made to approve the Tentative FY25 Budget at $49,085,693 by Councilmember Heavilin and seconded by Councilmember Bierbaum; the motion passed An motion was made to hold a Final Budget Hearing on September 20th, 2024 at 5:01 PM by Councilmember Bierbaum and seconded by Councilmember Vallee; the motion passed  without objection.  without objection.
