B  Dale County Commission  Commission Meeting Minutes = May 11, 2021  The Dale County Commission convened in a regular session Tuesday, May 11, 2021. The following members were present: Chairman Steve McKinnon; District One Commissioner Chris Carroll; District Two Commissioner Donald O. Grantham; District Three Commissioner Chairman McKinnon called the meeting to order at 10:00am. Commissioner Grantham opened with the Pledge of Allegiance. Commissioner Carroll followed with prayer.  Charles W. Gary; and District Four Commissioner Frankie Wilson.  APPROVED - AGENDA  Commissioner Carroll made a motion to approve the agenda with the addition of two  personnel items.  Commissioner Grantham seconded the motion, all voted aye. Motion carried.  APPROVED = MEMORANDUM OF WARRANTS  Commissioner Gary made a motion to approve the following Memorandum of Warrants:  Accounts Payable Check Numbers 89922-90037. Payroll Check Numbers: 154749-154750. Direct Deposit Check Numbers: 38300-38442.  Commissioner Wilson seconded the motion, all voted aye. Motion carried. APPROVED - DALE COUNTY HEALTHCARE AUTHORITY BOARD APPOINTMENT Commissioner Carroll made a motion to approve the following to the Dale County Healthcare Authority Executive Board for a 6-year term: Mr. Billy Paramore - April 2021 - April 2027.  Commissioner Wilson seconded the motion, all voted aye. Motion carried.  APPROVED -TRAVEL REQUEST  Commissioner Wilson made a motion to approve the following travel request:  Commissioner Gary = ACCMA Conference - AL City County Management Assoc. =  Gulf Shores, Al.- June 2-4, 2021-$1,504.11  Commissioner Grantham seconded the motion, all voted aye. Motion carried.  APPROVED -S SOUTH AL PRO RODEO ADVERTISING  Commissioner Carroll made a motion to approve the payment of $400 for advertising. Commissioner Wilson seconded the motion, all voted aye. Motion carried.  APPROVED - BANK ACCOUNT - FUND 299  Commissioner Gary made a motion to approve the new bank account with Synovus for  Fund 299- American Rescue.  Commissioner Wilson seconded the motion, all voted aye. Motion carried  APPROVED - SOUTHEAST WASTE DISPOSAL WORK REQUEST  Commissioner Wilson made a motion to approve the work request from Southeast Waste  disposal. To be paid by requesting entity. See exhibit 1.  Commissioner Carroll seconded the motion, all voted aye. Motion carried. JUNE 12, 2021  Commissioner Wilson made a motion to approve a free land fill day for June 12, 2021. Commissioner Carroll seconded the motion, all voted aye. Motion carried.  APPROVED - PERSONNEL  Commissioner Gary made a motion to approve the following personnel changes:  James Culbreath - Temporary - PTI Deputy - Sheriff's Office - $14.20 /hr.  Evan Porto - New Hire - Jailer VI - Jail $11.12/hr.  Commissioner Wilson seconded the motion, all voted aye. Motion carried  ANNOUNCEMENT = NEXT REGULAR MEETING  Chairman McKinnon announced that the next regular meeting of the Dale County  Commission will be Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at 10:00am.
