165  AUTAUGA COUNTY COMMISSION STATE OF ALABAMA AUTAUGA COUNTY  REGULARI MEETING  MARCH2,2021  () 0 () ()  The Autauga County Commission met at 5:00 p.m. on TUESDAY, MARCH2, 2021. The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Jay Thompson and Invocation was  given by Commissioner Rusty Jacksland. Ar motion was made by Mr. Jacksland and seconded by Mr. Thrailkill for approval to amend the following line item due to a check received from ACCA Insurance on 2/23/2021 int the amount of $4,676.58, recoveries on a 2020 SheriffTahoe that was hit by a deer:  $4,676.58 To 001-52100-234  001-47905    166  AUTAUGA COUNTY COMMISSION to replace Jon Herbert.  REGULAR MEETING  MARCH2,2021  Ar motion was made by Mr. Tatum and seconded by Mr. Jacksland for approval to promote George Brooks from Sergeant to Lieutenant, grade 9: step 1, effective 3/6/2021  Motion carried by unanimous vote oft the Commission.  Ar motion was made by Mr. Jacksland and seconded by Mr. Thrailkill for approval to hire Garrett Gober, full time. Jailer, grade 4: step 4, effective 3/1/2021 to replace Darius  Reese who resigned.  Motion carried by unanimous vote oft the Commission.  Ar motion was made by Mr. Thrailkill ands seconded by Mr. Jacksland to approve Landing Place Plat No. 1 subdivision (intersection of Airport Road and CR-100 in  District4).  Motion carried by unanimous vote of the Commission.  A motion was made by Mr. Thrailkill and seconded by Mr. Tatum to approve Sain Associates to upgrade the Geographic Information System (GIS) and provide support as  needed, the total project cost will be in the amount of $10,175.00 Motion carried by unanimous vote oft the Commission. Ar motion was made by Mr. Tatum and seconded by Mr. Jacksland to award the FY2021 Plumbing Maintenance & Repair Service Bid to Bradley Plumbing & Heating Inc. Ar motion was made by Mr. Thrailkill and seconded by Mr. Tatum to suspend the rules and add the following item to the agenda: approve al Memorandum of Understanding witht the Town of Autaugaville for Autauga County Engineering to perform road repairs  on Taylor Street.  Motion carried by unanimous vote of the Commission.  Amotion was made by Mr. Jacksland ands seconded by Mr. Tatum to approve: a Memorandum of Understanding with the Town of Autaugaville for Autauga County  Engineering to perform road repairs on Taylor Street.
