At the regular meeting of the Eclectic Town Council held on July 17th, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the Eclectic Municipal Court Room, persons present include, Maggin Edwards, Shannon Duck, Mayor Davenport, Linda Reed, Jackie Stearns, Stephanie Stepney, Lindsay Mothershed, Easterling Carpenter, David Goodwin and Tanya Maloney from Main Street Alabama. (4-yea, A motion to appropriate $10,000 to the Elmore County Health Department was made by Councilor Goodwin, who then withdrew his motion.
