Inattendance: Jerry Wallins, Chair; Ray Lewis, Secretary; Dyatt Smathers, Member; Brian Ball, Member; Jacob Ray, Director; and Elizabeth Madorin, Deputy Director.  1. Call to Order  Chair Wallin called the meeting to order at 3:00 PM  2.Minutes  Motion with a second (DS, RL) and motion carried (4,0) to approve the September,154, Amend the agenda to addl Member Smathers' updateon Addison] Farms. Motion witha  2021 meeting.  second (BB, DS) and motion carried (4,0) toapprove.  3.Members' Report  Member Smathers reported that hel had talked with the owner ofMars Hill Landing located near the Mars Hill library. The owner said it would be alright to use thel lot as a place for Member Ball reported that] hel had talked withs several movie crew members about the South Marshall voting site. The movie crew will be leaving before elections and will clean Chair Wallin inquired about the statusofthel March Election. Director Ray replied that the exact dates were: not yet set by thes state. Filing period is December 6th to the 17th forthe  poll workers to park in thel lot.  the space.  2022 elections.    4.New. Business  a) Republican Party Chair Patrick Ward stated Springs Creek judgeresigned. Patty McDonald recommended. Motion with a second (DS, BB) andi motion carried b) Peggy and Stephen McConnell will not be working the polls. Democratic Chair John Gosnell recommended Lisa Hicks. Director's request to add an additionalpoll worker at South Marshall (Municipal runner) for 2021. To resolye thei issue, the board is toj pay a check to. Addison Farms for $300 for the damaged part with the understandingt that Addison! Farms will take care oft the replacement.
