In attendance were: Jerry Wallin, Chair; Ray Lewis, Secretary; Dyatt Smathers, Member; Sandra Tolley, Member; Brian Ball, Member; Kathy Ray, Director; and' Wade Gahagan, Deputy Director. Moved, Seconded (JW, DS) and Carried (5,0) to employ Jacob Ray as Deputy Director to begin  on Monday, March 16, 2020 at the rate of $15.00 per hour. Seconded (DS, JW) and Carried (5,0) to adjourn.
