MADISON COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS ABSENTEE SESSION Board of Elections Conference Room Tuesday, June 7,2016 9:00AM  MINUTES CALL' TOORDER  Chair Smathers called the meeting oft the Madison County Board of Elections to order at 9:00 a.m. at the Board of Elections Conference Room. In attendance were. Dyatt F. Smathers, Chair;  Ray Lewis, Secretary; Jerry Wallin, Member; and Kathy Ray, Director. APPROVAL OF ABSENTEE BALLOT APPLICATIONS There were no supplemental absentee ballots to approve.  The Director provided thel Board with State Board of Elections Numbered Memos 2016-09 and 2016-10. Board members reported on status of precincts upon opening this a.m. Beech Glen and Ebbs Chapel Precincts had iVotronic seals that were broken. Both precincts were instructed to verify the flash card  seals and zero tapes prior to opening the polls.
