MINUTES CallTo Order:  Chair Wallin called the meeting of the Madison County Board of Elections to order at 11:00 a.m. In attendance were Jerry Wallin, Chair; Ray Lewis, Secretary; Dyatt Smathers, Member; Sandra Tolley, Member; Brian Ball, Member; Jacob Ray, Director; Elizabeth Madorin, Deputy Director. Motion (DS, JW) to move "Incidents Reports" to be the first item under Canvass Reports" and the  Agenda: motion passed (5-0). Members Reports:  All members gave Member Tolley a warm welcome back to in-person meetings.  Director's Report: No report given by the director.
