MINUTES CallTo Order: Chair Wallin called the meeting of the Madison County Board of Elections to order at 11:00 a.m. In attendance were Jerry Wallin, Chair; Ray Lewis, Secretary; Dyatt Smathers, Member; Sandra Tolley, Member; Brian Ball, Member; Jacob Ray, Director; Elizabeth Madorin, Deputy Director.
