MINUTES Call To Order:  Secretary Smathers called the meeting of the Madison County Board of Elections to order at 11:00 a.m. In attendance were Jerry Wallin, Chair (via telephone); Dyatt Smathers, Secretary; Brian Ball, Member; Ray Lewis, Member; Debbie Ponder, Member; Jacob Ray, Director; and one member of the  public. Agenda:  Motion (BB, RL) to approve the agenda as presented. The motion passed (5-0).  Members Reports: No reports by the members. Director's Report: No report given by the director. Canvass Reports: Block Style:  The director presented the final Block Style report for the Board's review.  Voter History Reconciliation: May 14, 2024 Second Primary. Incident Reports: No incident reports submitted. Hand-Eye Sample Audit:  The director explained there was no difference between voter history and ballots casts of 221 ini the  The director reviewed the hand-eye sample audit completed by a bi-partisan team.  Motion (BB, RL) to certify the May 14, 2024 Second Primary Election results and the motion  passed (5-0).
