MADISON COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS Board of Elections Conference Room  ABSENTEE SESSION March 3, 2020 2:00 PM  MINUTES CALL TO ORDER  Chair Wallin called the meeting of the Madison County Board of Elections to order at 2:00P.M. In attendance were: Jerry Wallin, Chair; Ray Lewis, Secretary; Dyatt Smathers, Member; Sandra Tolley, Member; Brian Ball, Member; Kathy Ray, Director; and Wade Gahagan, Deputy Director. Moved, Seconded (BB,DS) and Carried (5,0) to count absentee ballots. Elections at the rate of $15.00 per hour to begin on March 16, 2020. Moved, Seconded (RL, ST) and Carried (5,0) to adjourn.
