Madison County Board ofl Elections Meeting Minutes - Special Session - 9:30 a.m.  November 15, 2019  The Madison County Board of Elections met on Friday, November 15, 2019 int thel Board of Elections Office. In attendance: Jerry' Wallin, Chair; Rayl Lewis, Secretary; Sandra' Tolley, Member; Brian Ball, Member; Kathy Ray, Director; Wade Gahagan, Deputy Director; and 11 member ofthe public.  CalltoOrder: Agenda:  Chair Wallin called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m.  Motion, Seconded (DS, ST) and Carried (4,0) to approve the amended agenda to add to Other  Mattersal Director's Report and Salary Items.  Provisional Applications:  Deputy Director Gahagan presented 2j provisional applications for consideration. He recommended Motion, Seconded (BB, RL) and Carried (4,0) to deny approval of both applications.  non-approval ofboth applications as both voters werei in removed status.  Board members signed the provisional poll book.  Other Matters: Thel Director reported:  The voting equipment test was successful,  There was onei incident report from the' Town of Marshall election regarding the settings of The voters and: staffseemed very comfortable with the new voting system, The: security carts need a mobile ramp for removing and loading thel DS200, The State Board sent notification that one-stop plans willl be requested in December. Discussion ensued regarding the need toi meet on Wednesday, November 20, 2019. Motion, Seconded (RL, ST) and Carried (4,0) to cancel the November 20, 2019 regularly The Director reported. as successful Hand Eye Sample Audit and requested the Board considera a minimum compensation amount for the team members.
