In attendance were; Jerry Wallin, Chair; Ray Lewis, Secretary; Sandra Tolley, Member; Dyatt Smathers, Member; Brian Ball, Member; Kathy Ray, Director; and Wade  Gahagan, Deputy Director. AGENDA  Moved, Seconded (RL, BB) and Carried (5,0) to approve the agenda.  NEW BUSINESS  The Director provided the Supplemental Absentee Results Tape and Abstract, the Block Style Canvass Report, the Reconciliation Worksheet, and the Certified Election Abstracts for the Board to review. Moved, Seconded (JW, RL) and Carried (5,0) to approve and certify the election results.  Motion, Seconded (BB, RL) and Carried (5,0) to adjourn.
