Madison County Board ofl Elections Regular/Absentee Meeting Minutes  November 10, 2020  Thel Madison County Board of Elections met on Tuesday, November 10, 2020. In attendance: Jerry Wallin, Chair; Ray Lewis, Secretary; Dyatt Smathers, Member; Sandra Tolley, Member; Kathy Ray,  Director; Jacob Ray; Deputy Director; and two members of the public. The Board recorded the ending ballot count of 35 supplemental ballots and: sealed the DS200  tabulator (DS0319320094).
