Madison County Board of Elections Absentee Meeting Minutes November 6, 2018  The Madison County Board ofElections met on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. in thel Board of] Elections Conference Room. In attendance: Dyatt Smathers, Chair; Sandra Tolley, Vice Chair; Ray Lewis, Secretary; Jerry Wallin, Member; Kathy Ray, Director; and Wade Gahagan, Deputy Director.  Call to Order  Chair Smathers called the meeting to order at 2:00 P.M.  New Business  The Board counted one stop, civilian, and UOCAVA absentee ballots.  Adjournment  With no further business, Chair Smathers made a motion: To adjourn the meeting. Member Wallin seconded and the motion carried unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 4:001 P.M.
