CalltoOrder:  Chair Wallin called the meeting to prder at 2:00 p.m. Preparatory: Steps to Count Ballots:  The voting equipment was reconciled with the chain of custody. One Stop (OS) Ballots  Motion, Seconded (DS, Jw) and Carried (3,0) toa approve 1,787 one: stop absentee ballots. Motion, Seconded (DS,JW) and Carried (3,0) to go into closed session to duplicate 2 civilian  ballots and 5 OVR ballots.  Motion, Seconded (DS,JW) and Carried (3,0) to return to open session. The duplicated ballot log was created and original ballots were sealed for storage.  Thel Board recorded the ending ballot count of1,391 ballots and: sealed the machine fors storage.  Other) Matters:  Thel Director presented 1 one stop, curbside voted ballot that would not tabulate at Beech Glen Community Center. The voter leftthe sitel before a replacement ballot could be offered. Motion, Seconded (DS,JW) and Carried (3,0) toa approvel ballot duplication and return the Motion, Seconded (DS,JW) and Carried (3,0) to go into closed session to duplicate the one stop ballot. Thel ballot was sealed and signed by thel board: for return to the one stop site for  ballot to Beech Glen Community Center for tabulation.  tabulation. Thel Director reported a voter conçern that her one: stop voted ballot did not contain all the contests Motion, Seconded (DS,JW) and Carried (3,0) to retrieve the voted ballot fora a full review of all the contests and candidates. Thel Board review affirmed that the voted ballot did contain all federal, state, and local contests and candidates for the election.
