Madison County Board of Elections Emergency Session A-B Tech- - Madison Campus Saturday, October 8+,2016  EmergencySession  Pursuant to GS 143-318.12 (b)(3) the Madison County Board of Elections met in an emergency session on Saturday, October g"", 2016. The meeting was called to order by Chair Smathers at! 9:55am. In attendance were Dyatt Smathers, Chair; Ray Lewis, Secretary; and. Jerry' Wallin, Board Member.  Notice of Resignation- - Chief Judge resignation as aj precinct official. Appointment of Precinct Officials  Chair Smathers notified the Board that the Chief Judge of the Spring Creek precinct submitted her  Ray Lewis made a motion To appoint Vernon Goodwin as Chief Judge, Spring Creek Precinct. Jerry With the meeting agenda accomplished. The Board adjourned business with no objections.  Wallin seconded the motion, and carried unanimously.
