MINUTES CALL TO ORDER  Chair Wallin called the meeting of the Madison County Board of Elections to order at 2:00 p.m. In attendance were Jerry Wallin, Chair; Ray Lewis, Secretary; Dyatt Smathers, Member; Sandra Tolley via telephone, Member; Brian Ball, Member; Jacob Ray, Director; Elizabeth Madorin, Deputy Director;  Preparatory Steps to Count Ballots:  The voting equipment was reconciled with the chain of custody.  NEWBUSINESS  Moved, Seconded (JW, DS) and Carried (5,0) to approve 1 civilian absentee applications.  Moved, Seconded (DS, BB) and Carried (5,0) to adjourn.
