MINUTES CALLT TO ORDER  Chair Wallin called the meeting of the Madison County Board of Elections to order at 2:00 p.m. In attendance were Jerry Wallin, Chair; Ray Lewis, Secretary; Dyatt Smathers, Member; Sandra Tolley  via telephone, Jacob Ray, Director; Elizabeth Madorin, Deputy Director;  Agenda (4,0).  Motion to add agenda item "Poll Worker Staffing" to Other Matters. (DS, RL) and the motion carried  Preparatory Steps to Count Ballots:  The voting equipment was reconciled with the chain of custody.  NEW BUSINESS  Motion to approve two civilian absentee applications. (DS, ST) and the motion carried (4,0).  Other Matters  Motion to approve amended poll work list as presented.
