MADISON COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS CANVASS SESSION - Meeting Minutes Board of Elections Conference Room Friday, November 15, 2019  11:00A AM  CALLTOORDER  Chair Wallin called the meeting ofthel Madison County Board of Elections to order at 11:00 a.m. at the Board of Elections Conference Room. In attendance were; Jerry Wallin, Chair; Ray Lewis, Secretary; Sandra Tolley, Member; Brian Ball, Member; Kathy Ray, Director; and Wade Gahagan, Deputy  Director. AGENDA  Moved, Seconded (RL, BB) and Carried (4,0) to approve the agenda.  NEW BUSINESS with election night results.  The Director provided the Block Style Canvass Reports and Reconciliation Worksheet for comparison Moved, Seconded (JW, RL) and Carried (4,0) to approve and certify the election results. The Board completed the State Board of] Elections Request for Replacement of County  Voting Equipment form.  Motion, Seconded (BB, RL) and Carried (4,0) to adjourn.
