New Business: Provisional Ballot Approval/Denial for November 16, 2023 Meeting: The Board reviewed a total of eight provisional applications: Motion (DS, JW) to deny two provisional applications based on staff recommendations that these two provisional voters did not reside within the municipality limits. Motion (DS, RL) to deny six provisional applications based on staff recommendations that four of provisional applications had no record of registration and two provisional applications had been previously removed/denied.
