MADISON COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS Canvass Meeting Minutes Board of Elections Conference Room November 18, 2022 11:00 A.M.  MINUTES Call To Order:  Chair Wallin called the meeting of the Madison County Board of Elections to order at 11:00 a.m. In attendance were Jerry Wallin, Chair; Ray Lewis, Secretary; Dyatt Smathers, Member; Sandra Tolley,  Member; Brian Ball, Member; Jacob Ray, Director.  Agenda:  Motion (DS, BB) to approve the agenda as presented. The motion passed (5-0).  Members Reports: No reports by the members. Director's Report: No report given by the director. Canvass Reports: Block Style: State Reconciliation: Incident Reports:  The director presented the final Block Style report for the Board's review. The director reviewed the State Reconciliation sheet with the board.  The director presented each incident report that was submitted to the Board of Elections by precinct officials. All incidents were addressed throughout the voting period and resolved. Copies of all incident  reports are available via public records requests.  Hand-Eye Sample Audit:  The director provided copies of the hand-eye sample audit completed by a bi-partisan team. Motion (DS, JW) to certify the November 8, 2022 General Election results and the motion  passed (5-0).
