MADISON COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS Board of Elections Conference Room  ABSENTEE SESSION June 2, 2020 5:00 P.M.  MINUTES CALL TOORDER  Chair Wallin called the meeting of the Madison County Board of Elections to order at 5:01 p.m. In attendance were Jerry Wallin, Chair; Ray Lewis, Secretary; Dyatt Smathers, Member; Sandra Tolley, Member; Brian Ball, Member; Kathy Ray, Director; and Jacob Ray, Deputy Director.  Chair' Wallin set the agenda. NEW BUSINESS  Moved, Seconded (DS, BB) and Carried (5,0) to approve 2 civilian absentee applications. The Director reported tot the Board that 2nd Primary election one stop preparations were going well, and that the State Board of Elections is encouraging local boards to begin conversations and planning  for COVID-19 impact on the November 3td General election.
